RemeGenix, Inc. was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware in April 2006, commenced operations in our current line of business in early 2007, in the same month. In 2009, the Company incorporated Cortica Neurosciences, and expects to rebrand the Company under the Cortica name sometime in 2013, currently Cortica Neurosciences, Inc, also a Delaware corporation, is a wholly owned subsidiary of RemeGenix, Inc.
